The vacuum leakage rate of freeze drying chamber : start from 3Pa for medical freeze drying machinery and 10Pa for food freeze drying machinery , and observe for 0.5 hour , and the static air leakage rate is not more than 0.025Pa•m / s. 4. The time for the shelf temperature to drop from 20 ℃ to -40 ℃ should not exceed 2 hours. 5. The cooling rate of the ice condenser which is from 20 ℃ to -50 ℃ should not exceed 1h. 6. The temperature difference between the plates of freeze drying machinery should be controlled at around 1.5 ℃, the temperature difference in the plate is around 1 ℃, and the food freeze drying machinery can be appropriately relaxed. 7. The performance of vapor condenser should not be less than 10kg/m². 8. The noise of freeze dryer should be no more than 90dB.
